About Tonia
Hello, I'm Tonia Zampieri, broker-in-charge and owner of The Zampieri Group, brokered by eXp Realty LLC.

Prior to moving into real estate full time, I worked as a director in the nonprofit sector, launched a mobile fundraising app and co-founded a software platform supporting local small businesses.
Currently, I focus on giving back to our greater Raleigh community through volunteering with Alliance of Therapy Dogs and work to help homeless dogs through Freedom Ride Rescue.
We are all inter-connected, supporting one another through meaningful work that inspires and makes others lives better is exactly why I take absolute pride in being a trusted real estate professional to my clients.

Tonia is a Vermont native and has lived and worked in North Carolina since 2006. She's helped countless home buyers and sellers throughout the greater Triangle, North Carolina for over a decade. Tonia lives in Raleigh with her adopted dog 'Bon Jovi' and her rescued cat 'kitty'. When she's not working with clients, she's exercising, cooking, gardening, rehabbing her home, spending time with friends and family and traveling to new destinations near and far.
