Happy 2019!

Is January your least favorite month?  - I wonder what the rankings are on that?  

2019 is shaping up to be a fairly boring year for traditional housing.  Affordability is still a huge issue.  Prices will level out a bit due to interest rate volatility.  

The Triangle, along with the remainder of the Country, ended the year down.  I covered the metrics quickly on my up and coming Podcast, check it out
