Happy almost May,

The spring real estate market is in FULL swing.  The (not so big) news of the day?

There are NOT enough homes on the market to meet demand.

As a result, home values increased as a whole. (see stats below)

The 2 areas with the largest number of homes for sale (and where a good deal can be had)?

- Wake Forest & Knightdale/Wendell/Zebulon

The latest statistics for the Triangle area, broken down by County:

Wake - Average sale price

Durham - Average sale price

Orange - Average sale price

Johnston - Average sale price

March snapshoot for each area:

Inside the beltline Raleigh

Raleigh proper

North Raleigh

Wake Forest

Chapel Hill/Carboro

Durham County

Johnston County

If you or someone you know is considering a move, I'd love to help!
